This product is manufactured exclusively to order, with a lead time of 12 weeks, reflecting the high quality standards and expertise we dedicate to each piece. Once manufacturing is complete, delivery takes an average of 1 to 3 weeks.

Home delivery by private carrier - Classic:

Home delivery by appointment, to the ground floor doorstep, without return of packaging.

2-seater sofas, 200 cm headboard / €80 incl. VAT

As soon as your furniture is received at our logistics platform, our carrier will contact you within 8 working days (excluding Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays) to arrange a delivery appointment according to your availability.

Home delivery by private carrier - Premium:

Home delivery by appointment, installation in the room of your choice, packaging collection, up to the 5th floor.

In cases requiring access through a window, the buyer will have to bear the additional cost related to the difficulties encountered from the ground floor of the building to the interior of their home (in particular the rental of a furniture lift). For information purposes, this service represents an additional cost of €170. If you are already aware of the need for this service, please inform our customer service when placing your order.

Returns:

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have a right of withdrawal with regard to products made to order or which are personalized.
